Homework Timetables

Homework is an important part of the educational journey at Ditcham Park School. Different homework tasks provide the opportunity for pupils to consolidate what has been covered in class, complete differentiated tasks to suit individual learning requirements, explore topics in more depth or complete exciting extended research investigations and projects.  The homework timetable provides a guide for the setting of this homework for senior pupils. Teachers endeavour to set homework on the days indicated so that the homework load is spread as evenly as possible across the week, however, there will be occasions were teachers need to set homework on days other than those indicated to optimise learning for the pupils. Pupils’ homework efforts are reported on every half term.
