Ditcham Digest – Friday 20th March

As we speed our way through the Spring term, another Friday is upon us. Ditcham has been basking in beautiful Spring sunshine this week and its meant that our children (and staff!) have been enjoying break times and sporting fixtures outside, soaking up the vitamin D. The resident red kite has been in full flight over the playing fields and the hares are beginning to deposit their adorable leverets amongst the undergrowth on our grounds. There’s also been a very rare sighting of a pot-hole fixer on our south drive as Hampshire Highways have finally read our pleas for help…

But before we get carried away dreaming of smooth roads that don’t flood, let’s take a moment to catch up with all the learning and sporting achievements that have been going on this week. As ever, it’s been another busy one, so pour yourself a refreshing pink lemonade, pop in a small cocktail umbrella and maybe a cherry on a stick for those summer vibes, its time to read the news:
