Welcome to Ditcham Dragonflies. 

Here at Ditcham Dragonflies Pre-School Petersfield, we pride ourselves in our ‘home from home’ approach to child development.  We are blessed with a stunning setting, up on the South Downs, just a short drive from Petersfield, Hampshire.  Our purpose-built environment which resembles a tree house sparks the children’s imagination and creative play.

We develop exceptional relationships with all our families, so that all of our children are happy and thrive in safe and secure environment, with staff who nurture all of their interests.

Dragonflies Pre-School has a kind and welcoming atmosphere, where children can be themselves, grow and flourish. Each child’s imagination, creativity and learning are fostered and supported, working with the magic and wonder of childhood.

Our small class sizes mean that we can focus on the interests of each child and bring this into the Ditcham Pre-School Petersfield. Over their time in Pre-School, the children are encouraged to have a go, and to be proud, to ask questions and be inquisitive and to grow in independence.

We work closely with the Reception team so that the children’s transition into formal education is seamless.
