Dragonflies have enjoyed an amazing first week back.

We made pancakes ready for Shrove Tuesday and Vinnie enjoyed the pancake races with Reception on Tuesday too!

We have been out to the lovely Ditcham woods for walks and made fairy houses and then our very own Dragonfly Rocket landed back on Earth.

We decided whether to land somewhere hot, cold, wet or dry and decided to land somewhere hot …. Africa!!  We have learned so much about the animals that live in Africa – how they walk and sound. We watched African children dancing and even played the drums!

We read the story “The Giraffe with the Long Neck” and made some lovely Giraffes ? to take home.

Phew … what a week! Have a lovely restful weekend and we look forward to seeing you all next week.
